Cherlyn M. Carby, Founder and CEO at Skylar J's LushUs Kids, has a combined 20 years of experience in the Legal and Finance Industry. As a working mom, Cherlyn struggled with finding kid-friendly products that were gentle on her daughter Ryan Skylar's hair. Like other moms, Cherlyn notices her daughter battled skin psoriasis on her scalp, and struggled to find a gentle consistent brand line that would help with this condition.
Wanting to alleviate the time Moms spent with their children's hair and make washday a positive experience, Cherlyn decided to create her own hair care system. Simplifying wash day and everyday in between was the intention. LushUs Kids utilizes natural and organic botanical ingredients.
